re: pizza recipes

Misc.

Hi Dolores,

Your first homemade pizza - what fun! There have been some wonderful recipes shared here in the past for homemade pizza crust. If you click on Show Topics at the end of this message you can use the search box to find several to choose from. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask. My best tip (if making a thick crust pizza) - when your crust is risen, spread on a very thin coating of sauce and 'prebake' the crust just until firm but not browned. Then add the remaining sauce and toppings and finish baking.

Happy Baking!

Betsy
