Good morning. Sally, you can use "Instant potatoes". OR you can make your own mashed potatoes if you like. Remember, however, that this concoction has hydration (Water in it). Sooo, make an adjustment in your recipes when using this ingredient for liquids. Good luck & nice day young lady.
