Gioia, Do you have any low sugar quick breads that you could share? I am can convert low sugar recipes easier for the diabetics in our family. These recipes sound yummy but I don't know where to find a suitable diabetic maple syrup if I can't use sugar free pancake syrup. If there is too many of them to post here you can send them to my email address: nbe@flash.net If I am successful in converting them I would be more than happy to post them for everyone to share.
