Lots of fresh ground beef and red kidney beans with a perfect blend of fresh Poblano & Chipotle peppers and

The 290-unit Red Robin Gourmet Burgers chain introduced a new chili last summer that is made fresh in each restaurant from fresh ground beef, chipotle and poblano chiles, chili powder, red kidney beans, tomatoes, garlic, and onions.
"We wanted something traditionally American and recognizable," explains Luke Belsito, executive chef.
The meaty chili is flavorful but not particularly hot. It's topped with strips of red, blue and gold corn tortillas, diced Cheddar cheese and red onion. It is served by itself as well as on a nacho plate, chili cheese fries and a cheeseburger.
