HOPE THIS WILL DO UNTIL I FIND MY OTHER RECIPE....

APPLE TORTE

3 Tab. soft margarine
1 cup sugar
EGG SUBSTITUTE equivalent to 1egg
1 cup flour
1 teasp. baking soda
1/2 teasp. ground cinnamon
1/2 teasp. ground nutmeg
1/2 teasp. salt
3 cups diced, peeled apples
3 TAB. chopped walnuts
1 teasp. vanilla
Light whipped topping and apple wedges

Cream Margarine, sugar & egg. Stir together dry ingred; add to creamed mixture. (Batter will be very thick) Stir in the apples, nuts & vanilla. Spread into an 8"
square baking pan sprayed with PAM. Bake at 350* for 35-40 min. or until caketests done. Serve warm or cold. Garnish with whipped topping and aple wedges. 9 servings
