Caramel Milk Pudding (Leche Quemada)
1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
coffee liqueur
Unsweetened whipped cream

Pour milk into 8 x 1 1/2 inch baking dish. cover with foil. place in shallow pan; pour boiling water in shallow pan to depth of 3/4 inch. bake 425 for 1 hour. serve warm or cold. top with coffee liqueur and cream. 4 to 5 servings.
