Recipe(tried): Cinnamon Tortilla Chips

Misc.
Cut flour tortilla in quarters and deep fry. When done, let drain on paper towels, but before completely cooled (still warm) toss in a ziploc bag with cinnamon and sugar. Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream in a dessert cup, bowl or on a plate, dust lightly with cinnamon and place dessert chips here and there in the ice cream. Garnish with a cinnamon stick

Serving this with cinnamon coffee would be wonderful!
