re: Request of a Lebanese recipe

Libby:

There is a recent, very good recipe for Beef Koftas, which are the meat patties you are referring to. It was posted in this same Message Board (Ethnic) by Skip, on April 6, 1999. I love Lebanese, Arab and Indian food. They have some common ingredients, but the Indian Food is very spicy. Vegetarian food is common in Hindu countries, but the arabs and most moslems love their meat.
