re: Sante Fe bread

Cindy =- sorry I don't have a recipe for you - but I can recommend a cookbook that just might have what you're looking for.

Mark Miller's FLAVORED BREADS = he owns the Coyote Cafe and some other places I believe. I had the book out of our public library a year or 2 ago and it had a lot of interesting and good sunding recipes ... with so many interesting ingredients. Your posting 'nudged' me to think about checking it out again.

Naturally I don't know if it will have the recipe you're looking for - but it might have something tht can lead you close to what you want. good baking!
