ISO: crusted style bread with blue corn meal and pine nuts

I had a bread like this bread in a restaurant in Sante Fe, NM. Ofcourse the restaurant was gone the last time I was there. If anyone has a recipe close to this, please let me know! It's almost the same texture as an italian or french bread. Thanks!!
