re: Sending goodies to Iraq - question for you

Please extend my thanks to your family members in Iraq for the work they are doing for all of us!

I'm sure there are several recipes on this site that are suitable for mailing to military people overseas. Maybe Betsy can tell us how to access those - I'm not sure how to search for that. My question is, do you know how long a mailing time is involved? I recently found a really great apple cake recipe that is supposed to be good for mailing, but I'm not sure it is appropriate for going overseas!
