re: Shelf life of Bundt Cake

Hi Joyce - I make these fairly often, and if I keep it in the refrig., you can often get a whole week out of it (but who has the will power to keep it a week!) But, if it's a type that can sit out on the counter, in a covered container, I usually find that they get a little soggy and not the best quality by the 3rd day. Day of baking and the day after are OK, but that 3rd day is "iffy"
