OIL AND VINEGAR DRESSING
Season salad as desired with salt, pepper, herbs, or salad seasonings.
Use 2 measures of oil to one of vinegar. Sprinkle oil over salad, tossing lightly to coat, then add vinegar and toss gently.
OTHER WAYS TO USE THIS DRESSING:
- Add 1 or 2 tablespoons to meat loaf mixture before shaping.
