re: Tagine question - substitute for beans

Hi GinSing,

I haven't tried the recipe, but yes, you can make it without the beans. I think cauliflower florets would make a nice substitute but I would precook the cauliflower (roasted would be tasty) and add it during the last few minutes of cooking time.
