Wanted to let you know I called over to Knott's Farm Bakery, Knott's Berry Farm, Buena Park. You know, the one where you can watch them decorating cakes through the window. They have been baking Cordelia's recipes for pies, cakes and other baked goods for decades and thought with the restaurants gone they might be the one to still have your request. Unfortunately, they said they didn't make anything like you described.

Sorry, this one lead didn't work out.
