Given this recipe is from Morrison's, it's likely it's what you seek (Piccadilly used many of Morrison's recipes after 1998).
MORRISON'S COLE SLAW
Makes 20 servings (3 oz. each)
3 lbs shredded cabbage
1 oz sugar
1/4 oz salt
Dash ground black pepper
8 oz sweet relish
2 oz. chopped pimentos
1 oz. prepared mustard
8 oz mayonnaise.
In a mixing bowl combine cabbage, sugar, salt and pepper; mix lightly. Add relish, pimentos and mustard; mix lightly. Add mayonnaise and mix until mayo is thoroughly incorporated.
Can be served in a vegetable dish with a leaf lettuce underliner with small buildup of shredded lettuce. Garnish with tomato wedge and dill pickle slice.
