Re: Vegetable Dips

This was my mom's idea.

I tin chickpeas, drained
2 cloves garlic
1 tbs olive oil
2 scallions chopped
1-2 tbs greek yoghurt

Put it all in a food procesor and blend until smooth.

A sort of hummus but lighter. Mom ate a whole bowl!!!!!!

If you like it sharper add in some lemon juice and a grind of black pepper.

Enjoy!!!
