Recipe(tried): Re: Vegetable Dips

There's a real good "spinach dip" recipe on Knorr's packaged vegetable soup mix. I also added ("grated" in a blender) carrots and a touch of horseradish to it, and people thought it was shrimp.

Also, cottage cheese with cream cheese, banana and pineapple (can also add some mayo or Miracle Whip for consistency if needed) for those with a sweeter tooth.
