re: What to eat

Wow, congratulations on making such changes in you life! I think I would start out somewhat simply. The first thing that popped to mind was cheese. How about trying various gourmet cheeses. There are so many different flavors and textures. Check at a gourmet grocery or winery. They would have many different items with a focus on quality, not quantity. Maybe also try a variety of different fruits. There are so many types available year round now. Most of all enjoy yourself!
