I haven't made any of these. I hope one will be the pie you're looking for.
PECAN PIE (SWEETENED WITH SUGAR)
1 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 eggs
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
In a large bowl, beat eggs until foamy, and stir in melted butter. Stir in the brown sugar, white sugar and the flour; mix well. Last add the milk, vanilla and nuts.
Pour into an unbaked 9-in pie shell.
Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes at 400 degrees, then reduce temperature to 350 degrees and bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until done.

1 cup honey
3 eggs, beaten
3 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans
1 pinch ground nutmeg
1 recipe pastry for a 9-inch single crust pie
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
In a saucepan bring the honey to a boil. Quickly beat the eggs into the honey. Add butter, vanilla, nuts, and nutmeg. Pour into the pie shell.
Bake at 325 degrees F. for 25 minutes or until set.

2 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
3 eggs, beaten
1 cup real maple syrup
1/2 cup white sugar
1/3 cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
9" unbaked pie shell
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a heavy skillet, melt 2 tablespoons butter over low heat. Add nuts and stir for about 5 minutes, or until nuts begin to color. Let cool for 10 minutes.
Mix together beaten egg, maple syrup, sugar, 1/3 cup melted butter, vanilla, and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Stir in nuts. Pour filling into pie shell.
Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, or until filling is set. Transfer pan to wire rack and cool.
