ISO: What to eat?
Misc.Hi,
Im new here and searching for suggestions. I recently had weight loss surgery and Im at the point where I can eat almost normal and would like to try different flavors of food. For the first time in my life Im searching for flavor and not quantity. I have no imagination and have to eat lots of protein and stay away from carbs and sugar. Any suggestions?
Thanks
Maureen
