REC: Another hot chocolate to die for!!!

4 cups milk
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup sugar 4 oz bittersweet or semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
Bring milk, cocoa powder and sugar to a simmer. Add chocolate and whisk till chocolate is melted and frothy.
