Linda...thank you for your response! It is most appreciated! I am using the same recipe as you...not sure what I could be doing wrong! I used the 1 and 1/2 cups of water (plus the 1/4 cup that adds with the food coloring) and my breadmaker made total soup...you could have sucked it through a straw! I tried again with just 3/4 cup of water and the dough turned out OK but the taste of the bread was extremely gainy tasting...nothing like the sweet bread Outback gives you. Can you (or anyone else) think of a reason for this?? Does your bread taste close to Outback's??? Thanks for your help as always!
