Questions (for Linda)

Misc.

Thank you for your kind responses...they are greatly appreciated. I am not sure why my bread turned out so poorly...it had that grainy taste unlike Outback's. The amount of water wouldn't have anything to do with this would it??? I wouldn't think so. . I would like to know what you do as far as rising the bread...when I made it it didn't rise well for like an hour and 1/2 but then I baked it for 15 minutes and it tripled in size! Thanks again!
