Req: Rhubarb Dessert?

Hi Guys, need a recipe for a sensational dessert with rhubarb!! Plan a special dinner evening, and rhubarb is fresh on market here now, it should be sth. quite special as guests are "gourmets". (No pie or "normal" cake). Does one of you specialists have any special ideas.
