Recipe(tried): Fantastic Spoon Bread from Food & Wine magazine, 1980's

Misc.
An edition of Food and Wine Magazine (sometime in the
late 1980's..I think.. ran a recipe for a Spoon Bread that was fantastic. I borrowed my friends magazine and made this recipe several times, but failed to make a copy for myself when I returned the magazine. Ingredients included fresh roasted corn kernels, roasted peppers, and I remember whipping and folding in egg whites. It was a rather involved process, but the results were so "keeper recipe". Does anyone remember or have access to this recipe? Many thanks for sharing if you do.
