Misc.

I'm looking for recipies for casseroles, or make ahead dishes to take to picnics. Would prefer not to have to keep it too hot or too cold. Foods which can be served at room temperature are great.

Also, due to a busy schedule, I would love recipies for main dishes that freeze well. I love to cook on the weekends and freeze for later use.
