Request: phyllo dough, flaky dough and puff dough

Misc.

Does anybody have recipes for making phyllo, puff ( not for the cream puffs) and flaky types of dough? Not what to do with them, but how to MAKE them at home?
And what is the difference between them and what are the advantages and disadvantages of them? Thank you.
