Rhonda, about the pudding...

Misc.
The pudding was delicious, but it was very rich. I was taken aback (as was my family) by how rich (and a little bitter) it truly was. I think the next time I make it I am going to add a little more sugar to try and make it less bitter tasting. Don't get me wrong I enjoyed it, but as it is it might be a little too bitter for little mouths. I also think I might try milk chocolate chips in it in the future.
Thanks for the pleasant responses. I look forward to your next post on the board.
