I have the pattern but do not know how to get it copied as it is too big for the photocopy machines. I mailed my copy to someone a few years ago and had to fight to get it back so I am nervous to do that again.
I could try to copy each pattern piece but that would be very expensive. If you have any ideas, post them here.
