ritz crax candy

I'm looking for a recipe for candy that uses ritz crackers. You line a jelly roll pan with them and then pour over melted butter and br. sugar and soda and bake for a little while and then grate choc. on it and nuts if desired and cool in fridge and then break apart. Thanks, Doris
