Rival Soft Serve Ice Cream Machine

I am having a problem that maybe someone can help me with:

I have a Rival Soft Serve Ice Cream Machine. I brought some of the pieces from it upstairs and put them in my drawer with all the gadgets. Now I want to use the machine and I can't figure out which ones are which and I can't find the book that came with the machine (my son destroyed it along with other books from other machine). Does anyone out there have a copy of the book and can send me a copy or has a 1-800 number for Rival so I can call them? I know their web site but I can't email them through it. There is no link. Help!!
