How frustrating ...
hopefully someone here may have one to help you out, but if not here is an idea ... contact you local store that carries small appliances -- even if they don't have the Ice cream machine they could give you Regal's number or call a small appliace service center.

If a store near you carried the machine maybe you could "sweet talk" that manager of the dept. to make a photo copy of the set up section or you could purchase copy and return ... sounds bad to do but it really isn't, just keep everything as it comes out as neat as you can, when you return juat say you don't need it.
