roasting pecans

I just put on a cookie sheet, pour on a small amount of cooking oil, then mix them with my hand, then salt and mix again. Then put in the oven at 350 degrees, checking in about 10 minutes. Roast until toasted. I usually just taste to see if they are the flavor I want.
