Roxanna,Hi again, I think you brought

up a great point on whether to use gas grill versus charcoal grill. Its a matter of preference I think.We have one of each.But you know what?For some strange(ha!) reason we'll use the "old" charcoal grill more than the newer gas one!Call me old fashioned I guess,but I would still prefer to "burn" a wienie over a really smoky flavorful wood burning fire as opposed to a gas.People will probably hate me after saying this but I cant help myself,Ha!Its in my genes!Thanks,Mickey
