Recipe(tried): Chicken Salad (using pecans and dried cranberries)
SandwichesCHICKEN SALAD
2 cups chopped cooked chicken breast
3/4 cup mayonnaise (no low fat or Miracle Whip)
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/3 cup honey
1/2 cup craisins (regular flavor)
1/2 cup chopped pecans (lightly brown in buttered skillet before adding to mix)
pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients together. Chill in refrigerator.
This is a big hit. Best the next day.
