Toppings - Salsas
I've been looking for this recipe for years. Saw your post and knew your ingredients were correct. Made this and I think you will love it as much as I did.

1/8 cup oregano
1/4 cup cilantro
1/2 purple onion
3 jalapenos
4 oz. radishes
6-7 garlic cloves
1 whole green pepper
3/4 cucumber
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. ground cayenne pepper
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
38 oz. hunts diced tomatoes=1 lg.& 1 sm.
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1 lime squeezed, I actually found this optional.

Thanks so much for the ingredients. This was so good, we ate all of this in 3 days. Just couldn't resist. Will make it again and again SOON!!!!
