Sewing Machines

I've been sewing for many years, starting out on a Singer. I bought a top-of-the-line Bernina 30 years ago and I love it. Never a problem and it can honestly sew going from silk to leather without skipping a beat/stitch. I don't recommend this due to the need for different types of needles.
Before you buy anything; try it out and have a knowledgable person demonstrate it fully.
I also bought a Bernina serger last year and with both the serger and the machine, sewing is a dream.
