So, Micha...how did they compare to the Costco ones?

I have often looked at them, but never picked them up...never had a frozen turkey burger I was happy with, but will definitely try this fresh one posted by Betsy.

I usually just grind the turkey breast myself, in the food processor (cut into big chunks and pulse a few times, maybe 1/2 to 3/4 lb at a time). I don't know why, but here in Canada they charge a premium price for ground turkey; it is much more economical to buy the meat and grind it yourself.

We are "hooked" on the salmon burgers from Costco...delish! I like them with fresh-sliced tomato, avocado, a bit of Miracle Whip (don't do mayo) and sprouts, on whole wheat bun (of course!).
