Thank You: Thanks for the recipe, Carolyn

Misc.
I will have to try grinding my own. The recipe Betsy posted was spicyer (good) than the Costco ones, but had more filler (oatmeal) I think. At least that's how it tasted to me. My mom used to stretch hamburger by adding oatmeal to the mixture for burgers, so that's what I grew up with and like. I do think I liked the Costco all breast ones a bit better as I still miss meat quite a bit on this diet and they did taste "meatier". I occasionally eat white meat poultry and fish. Yesterday I looked again at Costco and found some that do not say turkey breast but "white turkey meat" on the label. I bought them as the fat grams were low and there were very few other ingredients listed. I'll let you know how they are. I wish I could eat salmon, and try the burgers you mentioned from Costco. It's good for you, I know, but I don't tolerate it well at all, so I stick to other kinds of fish. I will make the recipe Betsy posted again, I am sure. DH and I both enjoyed them.
