another Bara Brith recipe. I paged through your welsh recipes and saw all of the wonderful Welsh recipes you had given!!! I will be giving them a try except perhaps the laver bread croquettes as I don't think I could get that here!!!

My bro-in-law is an organic dairy farmer near Cardigan.

We have many friends in Anglesey area and also Swansea. Very good friends out on the Gower that used to live in Windsor, England with us. (My friend grew up in Llanelli.) We rented a cottage last summer above Newport (near Cardigan). The sheep roamed outside our cottage and we had lovely long walks on mountainside or the beach. We had fun investigating the tidal pools. It was a lovely holiday!
