Sounds really good, Gladys, I can't wait to start cooking again...

Misc.
I would like to try the shrimp recipe. Everything is very springy here at home, we missed the front yellow Lady Banks Rose, but the garden white one is gorgeous. Tomorrow we will travel to a nearby town to be with our friends and meet the 5 year old girl they are adopting. We also have friends who have just traveled to China to pick up their third child they are adopting from there. She is 19 months. They already have a 5 year old and a three year old from there. Spring is certainly a time of renewal this year! It's nice to have such happy times to balance out the last 4 weeks in our family. My Mother's memorial service is the 23rd of this month, I had never planned one before or written an obituary or a eulogy. It was tough, but was helped with all the wonderful memories my family brought up. Thanks for the recipes-Micha
