southern ham

Misc.

When washing ham run cold water and scrub with siiff brush. This is not that important unless you are cooking a country-style ham. Use cold water and your hand, pat dry with paper towel. It's ready to cook! I like to marinate with apple juice or orange juice. Coke-cola also works. The way I like best is to pat dry and rub the whole ham with brown sugar. Hope this will help you. Happy Xmas.
