ISO: calling any southern who can help

Misc.

This is a no brainer honey. Just rinse it in the sink. I am guessing you
are baking it and glazing it. Cook it with the lid on til it is about
three fourths the way cooked. I cook mine slow. Real slow at low heat
so it just about steams it's way done. Then I add my brown sugar/ honey
cloves and pineapple glaze. You cook this into the outside with the lid
off so it carmelizes to the outside of the ham. Good luck. -PR Florida
