Stuffed Pumpkin Dessert Ideas

Hi Kim,

I think a bread pudding (maybe a pumpkin bread pudding or one with apples) would be very good baked in a pumpkin. I seem to remember seeing the little mini pumpkins used for Creme Brulee. Custards, baked rice puddings, etc...would probably work very well in the mini pumpkins.
