Sweet & Sour Sauce (Red)

Misc.

I am looking for a recipe for a Sweet & Sour Sauce that is the (Red In Color) the kind served in Chinese Rest on Chicken, Pork. I have only been able to find the brown sweet and sour sauce. It is just not the same. Anyone that can help it would be greatly appreciated.
