Terrie,MD I do post from time to time

Misc.
but because my DH works in DC 4 days a week, the only time I ever cook is on the weekend. I tend to eat leftovers or soup & sandwiches and other pretty uninteresting fare the rest of the week. I have posted a chicken jambalaya recipe, a red beans & rice recipe (on the copycat board, though it isn't a copycat recipe) and pasta e fagioli or Pasta & Kidney bean soup is a repost. I also posted a stuffed pepper recipe on the vegetarian board (my girls are vegetarians so, in recent years I have had to do some of that kind of cooking as well, though I don't feel very comfortable with it with a few recipe exceptions.) I also have to work up the nerve to post with all of the great cooks on this site:-)! Anyway, you will see my posts from time to time. Keep your wonderful, creative recipes coming:-)!! Thank you for sharing them.
