ISO: steamed clams and mussels in garlic

hi i would like to make steamed clams and mussels for my husband as a surprise, he loves them but since moving to utah we havent located any spots that make them as well as they did while we were living in the lake tahoe area. so here goes i need all of your help he likes the garlic butter sauces, so any recipes or ideas would be appreciated. thanks roxie
