Theresa - more about a pressure fryer >>

Misc.

Hi Theresa -

I have also been looking for a pressure fryer. I've been searching the
internet and have good news and bad news for you.

First, the good news - there is a pressure fryer available for home use. It's
made by Fagor, and they state it is the only one on the market for home use.
The bad news is that it costs about $200, depending on the size you want.

This is their site: http://www.becksales.com/fryer.html

Check out their site - looks like a good product.

Jan
