ISO: Broasted Chicken

Broasted Chicken

I have a special pressure fryer, called The Chicken Bucket, made by
Wearever. What I need is to find a copy of the instruction manual that has been
lost through moving. Can anyone help me with this? This manual had some great
recipes included along with cooking times. If I can not get a copy of
the manual maybe someone has used this same piece and has a recipe for
Broasted Chicken. It is a great cooker but without the instructions it really
can be difficult to produce a good product.

Thank You, Jim
